7 Simple Yoga Poses That Anyone Can Practice at Any Age

Yoga is a philosophy that is meant for any age or time. Irrespective of how old you are, or where you are living, you can practice Yoga at any time or any place. However, as Old people can’t practice complex stretching exercises, there are few asanas that are especially recommended for old people.
